Student Success and Well-being

Sinclair School of Nursing Student Success Care Model: the student in the center, always. The black inner circles represent the three environments in which the student operates (personal, professional and academic). The outer circles represent other participants, settings, information and areas of service a student may need support to achieve success and well-being. The Success Coach works in the in-between spaces: connecting the circles, bridging gaps, aligning resources, mentoring, following up and providing compassionate care to the student.
