In the subject of the email please type: Huddle Room XXX (number of room you are reserving) reservation for (add date you would like to reserve)
In the body of the email add following information
Name
Activity (examples; study group, project meeting, etc. . . .)
Room you wish to reserve
Date you wish to reserve MM/DD/YYYY
Start time you wish to reserve
Duration (remember 1 1/2 hour maximum)
You will receive a confirmation email when the room is reserved
If you are denied because it is already booked – it will tell you the closest time to your original request that it is available and ask if you want to reserve – reply with a yes or no
Huddle Room Etiquette/Rules
Huddle rooms are for groups of two or more, not for individual use
Rooms can be booked for a maximum of 1 1/2 hours each day
Book the room before using it (to reserve, follow the above directions)
Limit meeting times to 1 1/2 hours and leave the room on time for the next group
Leave the room as you found it, (shade up, tv off, table clean, chairs put back and white board clean)
