Application Steps
- Build a resume using the provided template. You will upload your resume in the next step, the application.
- Complete the University of Missouri application. (needs to be completed prior to applying to SSON)
- You will be applying as an undergraduate pre-nursing student.
- Apply for the first semester you will enroll at the University of Missouri.
- Submit the online School of Nursing Accelerated BSN application. Here is the link to the current application for the fall 2026 start. The application is due no later than January 31, 2026.
- We will conduct an initial screening for eligibility after the application deadline.
- Following the screening period, eligible applicants will be invited by the Student Admission and Progression committee via email to schedule an interview time.
- The invitation to interview is often extended about 1-2 weeks following the application deadline. Although we use the Kira Talent platform, interviews must be recorded on-site in the School of Nursing using one of our reserved interview spaces utilizing the computers we provide. Personal devices may not be used.
- Please note that each student is responsible for the Kira Talent interview fee (approximately $35). Students should bring their credit or debit card with them at the time of the interview.

- Interviews will take place the week of Feburary 9 – 13, 2026.
- Admissions decisions will be sent by email prior to pre-registration for that semester.
