Nicole Bartow

Dr. Nicole Bartow serves as the director of the Unlicensed Assistive Personnel program at the University of Missouri’s Sinclair School of Nursing, where she leads an $800,000 workforce initiative funded by the Department of Economic Development. This program is designed to build a sustainable pipeline of health care professionals to meet growing workforce demands.

Previously, Bartow directed simulation centers, where she oversaw complex operations and championed innovative approaches to experiential learning. Her passion lies in advancing nursing education through creative, evidence-based strategies that prepare students for real-world clinical challenges. She is committed to shaping the future of health care by fostering excellence in both education and practice.
