Kristin Baker

With a professional background rooted in pediatric and community health nursing, Kristin has worked in a variety of patient care settings practicing compassionate, holistic and population-focused nursing. In parallel with clinical practice, Kristin obtained her Masters of Science (MSN) Nurse Educator degree in 2026 and became a full-time faculty member with the Sinclair School of Nursing. Her experiences as a nurse, student, mentor and educator have reinforced her belief in the transformative power of high-quality, supportive nursing education.
