Dr. Kathy Roseland has worked as a Registered Nurse since 2006 and in Nursing Education since 2014. Her background includes Community Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, Geriatric Care and Rehabilitation. In nursing education, she has worked in the academic environment as well as the clinical environment. Roseland received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in August 2016 in Healthcare Systems Leadership and her certification in Healthcare Simulation Education (CHSE) in December 2020. She is also an active member of the American Nurses Association, The Missouri Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau, and the Society for Simulation in Healthcare.
