- 2019 U.S. Department of Justice’s Office for Victims of Crime Project CHILD (Collaboration of Helpers Lowering Deaths of Children) $750,000 to be dispersed to Cook County Health over three years. Project CHILD is aimed at reducing the incidence of child maltreatment across three Illinois counties, namely, Cook, Peoria and Vermillion.
