Dr. Becky Sidberry has been a registered nurse for 14 years and a doctorate-prepared Family Nurse Practitioner for eight years. Her clinical focus is diabetes care, reducing diabetes distress, improving self-management, and reducing the risk for co-morbidities, such as cardiac disease, retinopathy, neuropathy, and nephropathy. These conditions can greatly impact a patient’s health outcomes and mental well-being. She is particularly passionate about increasing the utilization of technology, such as continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps for patients, as well as bringing a positive presence to the clinical space. Finally, Dr. Sidberry is passionate about nursing, encouraging and supporting advanced education, professionalism and preparation into the classroom.
