Bio and Professional Experience

Kim began her nursing career in 2004 working in Labor and Delivery, newborn nursey, and the NICU setting. She began training new staff and joined nursing education in 2010. In her time as  nurse educater, she assisted with designing and developing curricula for a new simulation lab. In 2015, she was a Nursing Program Coordinator for 2 years. In 2016, she obtained her Certified Nurse Educator certificate and in 2020 she obtained her Certified Healthcare Simulator Educator certificate.
