In the second project direct caregiving staff in Alzheimer's special care units will be surveyed to identify the tasks or resident behaviors that are particularly irritating and stressful.  A third project will look at medications used in assisted living facilities and compare them to the recommendations of Beers' criteria for potentially inappropriate medication use in older adults.
