Admission to the University of Missouri-Columbia
Those student applying to the Sinclair School of Nursing must be accepted as an undergraduate student at the University of Missouri-Columbia first. Click on the photo link to obtain an application form.

BSN
Incoming freshmen or transfer candidates may obtain the application form from the MU Admissions Office (1/800-225-6075 or 573/882-7786) or through the main MU Web site. On the MU application form you will be able to select pre-nursing as your area of study.
