Research Description: Understanding organization capacity to create and sustain clinical improvement across settings, working conditions and organizational performance in nursing homes, organizational context and patient safety, and the challenges of rural and developing countries health care.

Nursing Specialty: Health system research in organizational capacity to sustain improvement and Nursing Administration.

Interest Area: Measures of organizational culture and climate, building high performing clinical teams, translating research into practice, and the role of leadership and communication in organizational change. In additional, I have a passion about building the health care systems that support global health initiatives in developing countries.
