Research Description: Women's self report of fatigue, and faculty burnout and hardiness

Cheryl L. Bausler is an assistant teaching professor at the MU Sinclair School of Nursing and is a course coordinator for Nursing of Adults II in the eighth semester of the undergraduate program. Students enrolled in this course are assigned to work one on one with a registered nurse for their clinical experience. Bausler has been recognized numerous times for her teaching abilities both didactically and clinically by students and faculty. Her research has focused on women's self report of fatigue and faculty burnout and hardiness.
